Job summary

Recovery Point Inc. is seeking a Program Director II to lead Appalachian Behavioral Health Center's residential treatment program in Charleston, WV. You will supervise RSS staff, manage admissions and census, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment focused on recovery.

You will partner with Clinical and Executive teams to align clinical services with operations, monitor budget and quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, OHFLAC, Medicaid regulations and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to RSS Supervisors and Residential Support Specialists, plus Intake Coordinator.
• Oversee day-to-day residential program operations, admissions, and census management.
• Manage facility operations, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, Facilities, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure resident safety and recovery orientation.
