Job summary

Recovery Point West Virginia seeks a Phase II (Two) Coordinator to support residents across the program, assist with employment, housing, and reunification, and ensure adherence to standards. You will supervise peer mentors, manage office operations, and coordinate community activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license, with sober living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have basic computer skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to all phases of the Recovery Point program and ensure program integrity.
• Formulate weekly training procedures for peer mentors and ensure they are properly trained.
• Oversee and track Phase II program fees and record in FYIDB financial tab.
• Maintain Phase II transitional house cleanliness and safety.
• Complete daily rounds and ensure shifts finish hourly rounds.
