Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in Behavioral Healthcare.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission, OHFLAC, Medicaid regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to RSS Supervisors, Residential Support Specialists (RSS), and the Intake Coordinator.
• Develop, mentor, coach, and evaluate staff through regular supervision and performance evaluations.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of residential staff.
• Address employee performance concerns through coaching and corrective action.
• Ensure training, certifications, and competencies remain current.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential treatment program.
• Monitor resident engagement and daily programming for consistency and quality.
• Plan and oversee recreational, educational, and recovery-focused events.
• Monitor census, admissions, discharges, bed utilization, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and Business Development to align services and maximize referrals.
• Oversee admissions and intake processes and supervise the Intake Coordinator.
• Manage inventories and budgets related to food, supplies, and operational expenses.

Education
