Recovery Point Inc. is seeking a Phase I Coordinator in Charleston, WV to provide resources and support to residents in the Off the Streets program and Phase I.

The role ensures a safe environment, resolves conflicts, and maintains adherence to program standards. Responsibilities include scheduling medical appointments, supervising residential phases, training peer mentors, coordinating with Routes to Recovery, overseeing meetings, documenting progress in FYIDB, and supporting GED participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year work experience in addictions or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous sobriety if in recovery.
• Must be in-compliance alumnus of Recovery Point or Healing Place.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Must have or be working toward PR credential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and publicly when needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule doctor appointments with the facility's primary care provider.
• Oversee OTS, OTS 2, and Phase residents.
• Assist Phase II coordinator with weekly training procedures for peer mentors.
• Oversee scheduling with Routes to Recovery and report to the Director.
• Monitor client meetings and complete accurate client charts.
• Input case notes and weekly progress in FYIDB software.
• Oversee GED participation and ensure classes run.
