Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to apply knowledge of Phase II procedures from sheetrock to home completion. You will oversee multiple jobsites, manage materials, and ensure quality standards are met across projects.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, contract coordination, and customer service skills, plus familiarity with building codes and software tools. On-site roles typical in Texas construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management or field supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and development documents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantity/quality.
• Ensure Perry Homes standards are met across projects.
• Manage time under construction, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Report to Project Manager/VP of Construction with status updates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
