Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a construction supervisor to oversee Phase II activities from drywall to final completion at multiple jobsites. You will coordinate independent contractors, manage materials, and ensure quality standards across projects.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in residential construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This role requires on-site supervision and direct interaction with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple teams.
• Experience communicating with contractors and homeowners in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of construction processes from sheetrock to home completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quality and quantity.
• Ensure Perry Homes standards are met for quality and safety.
• Manage time under construction, supervise activity, and control costs.
• Handle change orders and budget variances with oversight by leadership.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Project Manager or executives.
