Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Phase II construction activities from sheetrock to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality and quantity to meet Perry Homes standards.

Candidates should have strong project management skills, leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Readiness to manage time-sensitive tasks and budget variances is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires management or leadership experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction activities, monitor overhead costs, and handle budget variances and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
