Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee Phase II processes from sheetrock through home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors, order materials, and ensure work meets Perry Homes standards on multiple jobsites in Texas.

Qualifications

• Requires communication and negotiation with independent contractors and homeowners, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, plats, and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor quantity/quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure quality standards as set by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, construction supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
