Job summary

Perry Homes in Texas is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Supervisor to oversee Phase II construction activities from drywall to completion and to perform warranty service per company procedures.

The role requires coordinating multiple subcontractors, ordering materials, ensuring quality standards, and managing schedule and costs across sites. Strong communication with homeowners and crews is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership or management experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with contractors and homeowners.
• Read and interpret complex construction plans and codes.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials and monitor inventory.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure Perry Homes’ quality standards are met.
• Manage time under construction, oversight of costs, budgets, variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or Division leadership.
