Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a skilled construction professional to oversee Phase II processes from tape and float through home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple jobsites, order materials, and monitor quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate and negotiate with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President
