Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a capable construction project manager to oversee Phase II activities from drywall to home completion. You will coordinate independent contractors across multiple sites, order materials, monitor quality and progress, and ensure Perry Homes standards are met.

This role emphasizes time management, budget awareness, and clear communication with homeowners. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organization, and a customer-focused approach to deliver

Qualifications

• Requires management or leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with contractors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor quantity and quality of materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Perry Homes standards.
• Manage time under construction, supervise construction, control overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Project Manager or senior leadership.
