Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate Phase II construction activities, supervise contractors on multiple jobsites, and ensure warranty service per company procedures. You will manage materials orders, monitor quality, control time under construction, and handle change orders while communicating with homeowners and independent contractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with independent contractors and homeowners, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, reports, blueprints, construction plans, plats and development plans.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of Perry Homes policies and procedures applicable to construction personnel and activities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the various independent contractors over multiple jobsites.
• Order construction materials.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of construction materials and completed tasks.
• Ensure standards of quality as set forth by Perry Homes.
• Manage time under construction, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager, VP of Construction, or Division President.
