Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least two years of ESA/PCA experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Travel is expected; credentials such as CEP, RA, PE are beneficial but not required, and familiarity with Quire is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of ESA/PCA experience.
• Strong writing skills; able to complete reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA and PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite inspections of properties.
• Prepare professional reports per ASTM/industry standards.
• Work across projects nationwide as part of the subconsultant network.
• Collaborate with full-time team on deliverables.
