Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to perform Phase I ESA and PCA inspections nationwide, working as a subcontractor with our full-time team.

You will conduct on-site walkovers and prepare professional reports in line with ASTM standards, supporting diverse commercial real estate projects. The role requires travel to job sites, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites and perform field inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site property inspections (walk) and collect relevant data.
• Prepare professional Phase I ESA and PCA reports in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and subconsultants to ensure timely delivery.
