Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA assessments on projects nationwide in the United States. This subcontractor opportunity works with our approved Subconsultant Network and partners with our full-time staff on diverse assignments.

You will perform onsite inspections and prepare professional reports, following ASTM and industry standards. This role suits experienced assessors seeking flexible, project-based work with a reputable

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities
