Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Triage Technician to support the pharmacy team by handling customer calls, processing refill requests, and transferring inquiries to the right team members. The role requires reliable attendance, ability to multitask across computer systems, and strong attention to patient confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods and have prior customer service experience, with a basic understanding of pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, refills, and transfers.
• Place outbound calls to pharmacy partners to follow up on items or questions.
• Index and route faxes to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Assist customers with Medicare Part D questions and learn new technologies as they become available.
