Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the pharmacy entry with compassion and a friendly smile.
• Assist in processing prescriptions in person and by phone, and refer questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat, compliant work area meeting company and government requirements (HIPAA).
• Support team members to ensure the department runs efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to manage tasks like patient lookups, fill dates, and inventory checks.
