Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion at pharmacy entry points.
• Assist in processing prescriptions and orders in person and by phone.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist team to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to manage patient profiles, fill dates, and cash prices.
• Follow HIPAA, state and federal policies and procedures.
