No prior experience required (0–6 months); high school diploma required; eligible to obtain state registration; must be 18+. You will assist with in-store workflow, prescriptions, and customer interactions while learning under pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Experience required: 0 to 6 months.
• Education required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or Licensing Required: Eligible to obtain registration as pharmacy technician with the applicable state board of pharmacy.
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds.
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with compassion at all pharmacy entry points.
• Provide patient care by assisting with in person and phone orders; direct questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a neat, compliant work environment meeting company and government standards.
• Assist team members to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to process actions and manage inventories and labels.
• Follow HIPAA, safety policies, and company procedures; complete required training.
