Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management.
• Handling administrative tasks, including cash register transactions and communication with healthcare providers.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our program or state registration.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.
• Must be fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
