Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; coaching and assisting other pharmacy staff if certified.
3. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and building relationships with valuable clients.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy duties like entering data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and supporting workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to quality policies.
• Handle sales, cash register operations, and assist with inventory management.
• Support clinical services, including sample collection and coordination with healthcare providers.
• Maintain the pharmacy environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the training program and/or state registration.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
