Overview:
Insight Global is seeing a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a healthcare startup client on a contract to perm assignment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms. These interventions may involve obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-related issues, and performing patient engagement activities. In addition to patient interactions, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer support requests, preparing and mailing letters, and other assigned duties. All members of the Clinical Care team are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues, be respectful and accept constructive feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to deliver quality customer service and patient care.

Hourly Compensation: $18/hr - $21/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
