Responsibilities include:

• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships.

Additional duties:

• Perform pharmacy tasks such as entering patient information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Handle cash register transactions, process third-party claims, support inventory management, and assist with clinical services as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program and/or state certification.
• Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer candidates with retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
