Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with coaching other pharmacy technicians.
• Delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, and inventory management.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state certification requirements.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits to stay updated in healthcare and pharmacy practices.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Prefer six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
