Job summary

Healthfirst is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to act as a Pharmacy Navigator, supporting medication adherence and reducing gaps in therapy. You will coordinate refills, new prescriptions, appointments, and help members access medications, while documenting care and communicating with providers.

The role partners with Healthfirst pharmacists and external teams to integrate MTM interventions within broader healthcare management services, including communication with community pharmacies to monitor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience communicating with patients, providers and pharmacists on medication issues.
• Written and verbal communication must be clear, concise and professional.

Responsibilities

• Review medication lists to remove barriers to therapy and support adherence.
• Facilitate refills and new prescriptions, set up appointments, and help with financial access to medications.
• Coordinate MTM interventions with Healthfirst pharmacists and external partners.
• Monitor and communicate member adherence with community pharmacies.
