CareMed Specialty Pharmacy in Waltham, MA is hiring a Pharmacy Technician / Inbound Care Coordinator. This full-time role handles prescription work, coordinates delivery, and collects co-pays, with a Monday–Friday 10:30am–7pm EST schedule.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, PTCB certification, and 2 years of pharmacy tech experience; an Associate degree is preferred. Benefits include 401k match, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and life/disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB Certification.
• 2 years minimum pharmacy technician experience; 2–4 years in retail or specialty pharmacy preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle prescription work and coordinate delivery.
• Proactively call patients to schedule/coordinate medication delivery.
• Collect co-pays and perform follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely shipping and continuity of care.
