This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth. We are expanding our team and promoting within. We currently have Full Time positions available on our phone support team. Our specialty pharmacy is located in Waltham, MA. This is a remote opportunity after an onsite training period.

Starting salary from $23.00 per hour and up. We also offer a $3.00 shift differential for weekend schedules.

We offer quarterly incentive bonuses as well as a $500 bonus for technicians to obtain their CPhT and/or CPhT-ADV credentials.

Responsibilities

• As a member of our Inbound and Outbound Phone Support team, you will: assist healthcare providers and patients by phone; answering questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.
• Work with insurance companies regarding rejected claims and prior authorizations.
• Serve as a primary contact for calls to patients and physicians.
