Job summary

CornerStone Medical in Cary, NC is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join Pharmacy Operations as a Customer Support Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, schedule medication deliveries, and route inquiries to the clinical team when needed.

Training is on-site from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with a permanent schedule of 11:30am to 8pm, and a temp-to-perm pathway for those who meet metrics and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Proficiency in customer service and MS Office applications.
• Must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound pharmacy calls and assist customers.
• Schedule medication deliveries and ensure accurate profile updates.
• Direct calls to pharmacists or nurses as appropriate for clinical guidance.
• Document and update patient interactions and progress notes.
• Verify insurance information and provide copies of invoices upon request.
