Job summary

Pick 'n Save in Appleton, WI is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, manage inventory, and optimize financial performance. You will implement clinical services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a Pharm.D. or PharmD degree, 2+ years of retail experience, and a strong leadership mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited U.S. school.
2+ years related retail pharmacy experience.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to supervise staff and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model leadership for the pharmacy team.
Develop, implement, supervise, and promote sales initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume and inventory goals.
Monitor third-party profitability and handle rejections/ audits in a timely fashion.
Schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure proper training.
Maintain all records required by laws and company policies.
Lead public health initiatives and disease state management services.
