Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including opening/closing shifts, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Monitor customer service and train team members to improve customer experience.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention across the store and pharmacy.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with district management to meet KPIs and sustain profitable operations.
