Job summary

The Kroger Pick 'n Save pharmacy in Appleton, WI is seeking a licensed pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, manage the budget and inventory, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. You will deliver excellent customer service and supervise staff to maintain high standards.

You will drive sales initiatives, develop clinical services, and ensure staffing plans control labor costs while meeting performance goals. A Pharm.D. and active license are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a Pharm.D. or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• At least 2 years of related retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• License must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to reduce customer wait times.
• Develop, implement, and promote the sales plan and other initiatives by the division pharmacy department.
• Adhere to all legal and company requirements as a registered pharmacist in the state of employment.
• Direct staff to achieve budgeted labor, volume, inventory, and sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor third-party profitability, handle rejections and audits promptly.
• Schedule staff to optimize labor costs and coverage.
• Maintain all pharmacy records as required by law and policy.
• Support public health initiatives and disease state management services.
