Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• License must be in good standing.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Participation in clinical programs following company training.

Responsibilities

• Perform staff pharmacist duties and mentor the pharmacy team.
• Develop and promote the sales plan and initiatives at the division level.
• Fulfill duties of a registered pharmacist in compliance with laws and company requirements.
• Direct staff to meet inventory, labor, and sales goals.
• Comply with mandated controlled substance procedures.
• Monitor and resolve third-party profitability issues and audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Maintain pharmacy records per laws and policies.
• Engage in detailing with local physicians and community targets.
• Support public health initiatives and disease state management.
