Job summary

Pick 'n Save is hiring a staff pharmacist to oversee all pharmacy operations at our Brown Deer location in Wisconsin. You will perform pharmacist duties, supervise the team, manage the budget, and drive performance against labor, inventory and sales goals.

The role requires a Pharm.D. degree or equivalent and a valid pharmacist license with retail experience. You will lead strategies, ensure compliance, and participate in public health initiatives and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have Pharm.D. or Pharm.D. equivalent.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and lead the pharmacy team to minimize customer wait times.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives for the division pharmacy department.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company requirements.
