Job summary

Kroger’s Pick 'n Save pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient care and accurate prescription fulfillment in a Wisconsin retail setting. You will supervise a pharmacy team and ensure compliance with all laws while expanding patient services.

The role emphasizes vaccines, counseling, and maintaining inventory, with opportunities in a busy, customer-focused environment. Strong communication and retail experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Effective oral/written communication skills.
• Desired: 1 year of retail experience.
• Desired: second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs while concentrating on accuracy of every prescription filled.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain professional image and pharmacy standards through appearance and conduct.
• Achieve knowledge of the trade area, customers and competition.
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through service and cooperation with customers and vendors.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, policies, and scheduling.
