Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in a Walgreens store, including pharmacy, merchandising, and customer service. You will coach a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while delivering a distinctive customer and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant as needed per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including shift management and scheduling.
• Monitor customer service and train team to improve customer and patient experience.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize losses.
• Analyze financial and performance data, and review KPIs with district management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws, and coordinate with HR for staffing and development.
