Job summary

Pick 'n Save is seeking a pharmacist leader to oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy operations and drive financial performance within the budget and policy framework. The role emphasizes staff development, high-quality customer service, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

The position requires ensuring inventory control, effective pricing and generic utilization, and participation in clinical services aligned with corporate standards. Sign-on bonus incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a US accredited school.
• 2+ years related retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team and model professional conduct; address customer complaints and optimize workflow.
• Develop and promote sales plans and initiatives in the division pharmacy department.
• Perform duties of a registered pharmacist in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Direct staff to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
