Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years of related retail experience.

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all staff pharmacist duties and model pharmacy leadership.
• Develop, implement, supervise, and promote the division's sales plan.
• Direct the team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Ensure compliance with controlled substance procedures.
• Monitor third-party profitability and resolve rejections or audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Maintain all required pharmacy records and documents.
• Lead public health initiatives and disease state management services.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Coach staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
