Job summary

Rx Savings Solutions, part of McKesson's CoverMyMeds, seeks a Pharmacy Technician Call Center Representative to join the member support team in Overland Park, Kansas. You will guide members through prescription options, help reduce out-of-pocket costs, and navigate pharmacy services.

On-site onboarding with a post-training hybrid work arrangement is offered. The role requires 3+ years in retail pharmacy or healthcare call centers, strong communication, and a focus on empathetic customer care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls about prescription cost-saving opportunities.
• Educate members on using Rx Savings Solutions tools to save money.
• Assist with claims questions, transfers, and pharmacy navigation.
• Make outbound calls to members from online portal or dialer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct basic research on pharmacy pricing and options.
• Explain benefits of Rx Savings Solutions services clearly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
