Rx Savings Solutions, part of McKesson, is hiring a bilingual Spanish Pharmacy Technician - Call Center Representative to join our member support team in Overland Park, KS. The role offers a hybrid work option after onboarding and requires fluency in Spanish with pharmacy and customer service experience.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate on cost-saving options, assist with claims and transfers, and coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare customer service, or healthcare call centers.
• Professional and empathetic communication with members.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and deadline management.
• Ability to handle confidential information in regulated environments.
• Experience navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• PTCB Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months.

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Pharmacy Technician - Call Center Representative to join our member support team! In this role, you will use your pharmacy and customer service expertise to help members understand prescription options, reduce out-of-pocket costs, and navigate the pharmacy landscape. This is a full-time position based in Overland Park, Kansas, with a hybrid work option following onboarding. Qualified candidates must be able to speak and write Spanish fluently and profesionally. Work Schedule & Location: Primary shift: Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Training period (first ~60 days): Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Training location: On-site at corporate headquarters (435 & Nall, Overland Park, KS) Post-training: Hybrid work arrangement with some work-from-home flexibility

What You’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls from members and customers regarding prescription cost-saving opportunities
• Educate members on how to identify and realize savings using Rx Savings Solutions tools and services
• Assist with pharmacy claims questions, prescription transfers, and general pharmacy navigation
• Make outbound calls to members who request support through the online portal or auto-dialer
• Coordinate internally to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently
• Conduct basic research related to pharmacy pricing and medication options
• Clearly explain the benefits and value of Rx Savings Solutions services
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Requirements:

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
• Fluent with speaking and writing in Spanish
• Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare customer service, and/or healthcare call center environments
• Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with members and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage deadlines
• Proven ability to handle confidential information in a regulated environment
• Comfort navigating computer systems and multiple applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel (or willingness to learn)
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. Our Base Pay Range for this position $18.23 - $30.38
