McKesson Corporation is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Pharmacy Technician - Call Center Representative to support members by explaining prescription options and helping reduce costs. The role is based in Overland Park, Kansas, with a hybrid work option after onboarding.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish fluently, has 3+ years of related experience, and understands pharmacy operations and customer service in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician or eligible to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare call center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding prescription cost-saving options.
• Educate members on savings using Rx Savings Solutions tools.
• Assist with pharmacy claims questions, transfers, and navigation.
• Make outbound calls to members through online portal or auto-dialer.
• Coordinate internally to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct basic research related to pricing and medication options.
