Responsibilities

• Respond to and/or initiate customer inquiries per company policies.
• Obtain prescriptions and other medical documents from providers for new/renewal customers.
• Facilitate customer needs by assessing qualification and explaining product/services benefits.
• Submit documentation to physician offices for sales/reimbursement requirements.
• Enter prescriptions and verify orders; correct rejected orders by RPh guidance.
• Record customer information and maintain database with required data.
• Adhere to compliance policies and company standards.
