Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess need for additional products/services and ensure compliance with physician orders.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products/services.
• Document calls and enter orders in a computerized record keeping system.
• Verify and update demographic information (address and telephone).
• Meet performance objectives related to calls handled and orders processed.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
