Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Pharmacy Consultant, Manager to lead pharmacy benefit projects, design plan strategies, and guide teams. The role emphasizes client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and growth into senior leadership.

The candidate should have extensive PBM experience, strong presentation skills, and a patient-centric approach. Travel as needed; a pharmacist is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in clinical strategy, pharmacy benefit management, analytics, growth and consulting.
• Deep understanding of PBM and US healthcare ecosystems across PBM/health plan/health tech/consulting.
• PBM account executive experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for Small to Medium clients or large clients in support of PBM strategy and cost savings.
• Analyze pharmacy benefit plans and design cost-saving strategies.
• Procure and implement PBM vendors; negotiate terms.
• Audit PBM performance (financial and operational).
• Develop strategies for specialty pharmacy products.
• Mentor junior staff and share pharmacy knowledge with cross-functional teams.
• Support new business activities and contribute to intellectual capital development.
• Build relationships with employer and vendor contacts to strengthen the brand.
