Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Pharmacy Consultant, Manager to lead client pharmacy engagements for Small to Medium clients and contribute to large accounts. You will analyze PBM strategies, design plans, and mentor junior staff while developing intellectual capital.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in clinical strategy and PBM, with strong communication and presentation skills, and a pharmacist license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical strategy and PBM consulting.
• Deep understanding of US PBM and healthcare ecosystems.
• PBM account executive experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist or eligible; state license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead client Pharmacy engagements for a portfolio of Small to Medium clients and/or large clients.
• Analyze PBM strategies, plan design, and cost savings opportunities.
• Procure, negotiate and implement PBM vendors; review PBM performance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to intellectual capital development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new business initiatives.
