Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pharmacy Senior Director to lead large, strategic client engagements and shape the future of pharmacy benefits in the US. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver innovative PBM solutions and drive client value.

The role requires a PharmD or equivalent, active licensure, and willingness to travel. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design/management of large group PBM plans in consulting or brokerage.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow large client relationships.
• Experience leading global teams and strategic partnerships.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet client and team needs.
• Pharmacist degree and license preferred; licensed in home state.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative pharmacy approaches and strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.
• Oversee PBM procurement, negotiations and performance audits.
• Drive revenue growth and design creative, high-value client engagements.
• Mentor and manage senior consultants; contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent WTW at conferences and in thought leadership activities.
