Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic leader for Pharmacy Services to drive key initiatives, analyze opportunities, and report outcomes across a matrixed organization.

You will mentor team members and coordinate with multiple business units to strengthen the value proposition of Pharmacy Services. The role supports hybrid or remote work; onsite attendance 3 days a week is required for those living within 50 miles of an office, facilitating collaboration with Pharmacy leadership and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics or Healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Conduct opportunity analyses and use these analyses to develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses for strategic initiatives to determine how the initiative is performing relative to predetermined goals .
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
• Other duties as assigned.
