Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Services strategist to lead and/or participate in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives. You will engage in cross-functional projects, analyze outcomes, and report results to pharmacy leadership while mentoring junior team members.

This role can be hybrid or remote; if you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week (T, W, Th). Travel 0% - 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and use these analyses to develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses for strategic initiatives to determine how the initiative is performing relative to predetermined goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
• Other duties as assigned.
