Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or healthcare.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years Managed Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses for strategic initiatives to determine performance vs goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor to less experienced Pharmacy team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
