Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Managed Care or Health Insurance; 1–3 years in Pharmacy Operations.
• Strong oral and written communication; collaborative problem solving; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy initiatives.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance strategic pharmacy initiatives.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals for initiatives.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management and leadership.
• Mentor less experienced members of the Pharmacy team.
