Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a strategic leader to guide Pharmacy Services initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects, analyses and implementation with minimal supervision. You will mentor team members, report updates to Pharmacy leadership, and help shape the overall value proposition of Pharmacy Services.

This role supports hybrid or remote work; onsite 3 days/week if within 50 miles, with 0–25% travel and a strong HIPAA/compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Healthcare or related field or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years in Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry, 1–3 years Pharmacy Operation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy leadership and mentor junior staff.
